Welcome to the Impact family!
Our 2025-2026 Season Two dance session starts September 2, 2025.

  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable $40.00 registration fee is required per family at the time of enrollment.

  • Tuition Payments: Tuition will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month through StudioPro. We do not accept cash or check payments.

  • Late Fees: If your payment method is declined, a $20 late fee will be applied after the 10th of the month unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Tuition Policy: Monthly tuition remains the same each month, regardless of the number of weeks or classes attended. Tuition is based on an average of classes over the dance year.

  • Payment Updates: You may update your payment information anytime through your Parent Portal.

  • Refund Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of natural disasters or studio closures beyond our control.

  • Withdrawals: To discontinue classes and stop automatic billing, a written 30-day notice is required. The 30-day period begins once your email notice is received. Please send withdrawal notices to impactdancecompany24@gmail.com

Payments

Monthly Tuition

First class: $55
Additional Classes: $35

Tuition will be processed automatically via parent portal on the 1st of each month. 

Additional Fees

Please note: There will be no refunds for costumes or recital fees under any circumstances.
If your dancer drops a class or does not perform in recital, costumes must be picked up before the season is over or they will be thrown away, with no refund. Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to a fantastic recital!

$125 for one dancer and $30 for each additional dancer within a family.
This fee includes recital venue, 5 tickets, a recital T-shirt for each dancer, and one recital program per family.
Due February 15th.

Recital Fee

$80 per costume, includes all props and alterations.

Costume Deposits: $40 per costume due by November 1st.
Costume Balances: Due in full by December 1st.

Dress Code

Ballet Classes Levels 1-3: 
  • Any color leotard and skirt or leotard dress.
  • Ballet pink convertible tights are required. 
  • No-tie ballet shoes.

Ballet Classes Levels 4-6:
  • All black, tight-fitting attire. (e.g., black leotard and black skirt, black dance shorts, or black leggings).
  • Ballet pink convertible tights are required. 
  • Split-sole canvas ballet shoes.

Hip-Hop Classes, All Levels:
  • Any color leotard, tank-top, T-shirt, and shorts, leggings, jazz pants, or joggers. 
  • Appropriate hip-hop shoes should be worn. (e.g., hip-hop shoes in the online shop, or any white tennis shoes or sneakers that are not worn outside).

All Other Classes, All levels:
  • Appropriate dance attire includes any color leotard, tank top, and shorts, leggings. or jazz pants.
  • Matching skin-toned tights are required. If you need to color match, please inquire at the front desk. 
  • Appropriate shoes should be worn for each class. (e.g., tan jazz shoes for jazz and tan tap shoes for tap)
  • All attire must be form fitting. (No T-shirts or oversized clothing.)
  • Dancers are encouraged to express themselves in clothing that they feel comfortable in; However, please ensure that all dancers wear dance-appropriate and age-appropriate clothing for each class. 

Hair should be pulled back out of the face for all classes. 

Thank you for adhering to our dress code to maintain a professional and comfortable environment for all dancers.

Tights, leotards, shoes and other dance attire are available for purchase in the online shop on your parent portal account. All orders will be shipped to the studio. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Class Time

  • Arrival Time: Dancers should arrive no more than 5 minutes before class time.

  • Classroom Policy: All classes are “closed curtain”, meaning only teachers, assistants, and dancers are allowed in the classroom. This helps create a focused and distraction-free learning environment for all students.

Attendance

  • Consistent attendance is essential for every dancer’s progress and for the success of the entire class. Please make every effort to have your child attend each scheduled class unless they are ill. Regular participation is especially important in the months following Christmas as we prepare for recital season.

  • Dancers who miss more than three classes between January and April may become ineligible to perform in the recital, as consistent practice is necessary for group coordination and choreography.

Insurance

All dancers must be covered under their family’s personal health insurance policy. In the event of an injury, it is understood that the dancer’s individual or family insurance will be the sole source of medical coverage and reimbursement.
